Marsceill was charged with an additional charge of Burglary 3rd degree. She was arraigned in CAP Court. Lindner was arrested again on 12\/23\/2025. This time, she is alleged to have been on the property at Tim Horton\u2019s, where she was previously trespassed. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The last warrant is related to an incident where Nash allegedly stuck another person in the face, during an altercation on Elm Street.
