Dustin L. Stump, 48, of State St., Batavia, is charged with illegal disposal of items after illegally dumping garbage in a privately owned dumpster at 134 State street on December 10, 2018 at 1:09a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stump was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on December 18, 2018 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jzon A. Richardson, 20, of Central Ave., Batavia was arrested on an arrest warrant on December 10, 2018. Richardson was charged with criminal contempt after an incident on November 15, 2018 on Ellicott street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond. Richardson will re-appear in court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matthew J. Reed, 34, of State St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant on December 9, 2018 after police responded to an address on State street for a reported possible domestic incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reed was taken into custody at the scene and was arraigned in City Court and held in lieu of $500 cash or bond bail. He re-appeared in court yesterday at 1:00p.m.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
