On February 26, 2017, Officer Ferry of the Perry Police Department performed a vehicle and traffic stop on a vehicle on the Village of Perry.<\/p>\n
The vehicle was pulled over for speeding.<\/p>\n
During the investigation, an odor of alcoholic beverage was coming from the vehicle.<\/p>\n
Kaija Wadsworth, no age provided, of Pittsford was asked to exit the vehicle and perform field sobriety tests, but refused to blow into a pre- screen device.<\/p>\n
Wadsworth failed sobriety tests and was then arrested for DWI.<\/p>\n
A chemical test was administered at the Warsaw Police Department which resulted in a BAC of .09%.<\/p>\n
