As a result of the warrant execution, the following people were located:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Michael Walter VanSlyke III (age 43) of Vine Street, Batavia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iesha Marie Vetter (age 32) of West Main Road, Batavia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rosemary Waters (age 39) of East Main Street, Batavia.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All three parties were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd both A\u2014 Misdemeanors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All parties were issued appearance tickets and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They are to appear in the City of Batavia Court on a future date.
