On December 5, 2018 at 9:56a.m., Troopers out of SP Batavia arrested Joseph A. Ciociola Jr., 20, of Pembroke, for criminal possession of a weapon 4th, unlawful possession of marijuana, possessing a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle along with vehicle and traffic violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Troopers stopped Ciociola on Akron Road in the town of Pembroke for speeding. While interviewing Ciociola, the odor of marijuana was present. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During a probable cause search of his vehicle, Ciociola was found to be in possession of marijuana, brass\/metal knuckles, and two loaded and chambered firearms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ciociola was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of Pembroke court later this month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On December 5, 2018 at 1:00p.m., Troopers out of SP Albion arrested Desiree C. Mueller, 27, of Albion, for the misdemeanor of petit larceny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Troopers were dispatched to Walmart in the town of Albion where employees stated they observed Mueller take over $100 in selected merchandise and exit the store. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was arrested and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Albion court later this month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
