Sath P. Dhanda, 38, of Clapsaddle Rd., Bethany, is charged with two counts of criminal contempt 1st, a class E felony, after violating and order of protection on two different occasions on Ellicott street on December 12, 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dhanda was arraigned in City Court by Judge Balbick and held at the Genesee County Jail without bail until his next court appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John A. Snook, 30, of Oak Orchard Rd., Albion, is charged with criminal contempt 1st and unlawful possession of marijuana after police responded to a 911 call on Jackson street on December 15, 2018 at 2:20a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While on location, police discovered that Snook was on location and allegedly in violation of a stay away order of protection. He was also allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Snook was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail. He is to appear in court later today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abdiaziz A. Aden, 20, of Orchard St., Rochester, was arrested on a bench warrant from December 21, 2017 after an incident on Washington avenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aden posted police bail and was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 8, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jessi M. Heale, 27, of Buffalo Rd., N. Chili, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant for failing to appear on traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and speeding in a zone from August of 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heale was arraigned in City Court and released under supervision by Judge Rogers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heale will return to court on December 19, 2018 at 12:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
