Odom, 18, of Batavia, and accuses him of the crime of assault 1st degree, a class B violent felony, and of criminal possession of a weapon 4th, a class A misdemeanor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On August 4, 2018 in the area of 153 Ross street, Odom is accused of causing serious physical injury to another person, Raymond L.
