Jesse F. Markowski, 23, of East Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more after a single vehicle accident on Lehigh avenue on December 8, 2018 at 1:44a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Markowski was allegedly found to have been operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He appeared in City Court this morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Police on scene at Ellicott\u00a0 and Swan street Monday night<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Rashawn L. Gosier, 40, of Shady Lane, Batavia, is charged with attempted assault 3rd after an incident at 337 Ellicott street on December 17, 2018 at 11:40p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Police responded to the area doe a report of a fight and upon arrival subjects involved fled the scene. Gosier was taken into custody and after an investigation was issued an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He will appear in City Court on January 1, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Justine P. Avino, 25, of Swan St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of 08% or more and speeding in a zone after allegedly being found to be intoxicated while operating his vehicle on West Main street on December 8, 2018 at 1:18a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avino was processed and appeared in City Court today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
