Rivera was taken into custody by Genesee County Sheriff&#8217;s Deputies following a search of Rivera&#8217;s<br>home by Genesee County Probation. It is alleged Rivera was in possession of a quantity of cocaine as well as other controlled substances, scales and packaging in his home. Rivera was transported to the Genesee County Jail for arraignment where he was held without bail.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jose A.
