Froebel, 21, of Marshall Ave., Akron, NY, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, after an investigation into a motor vehicle accident on Clinton Street Road in Byron, NY on February 3, 2026 at 12:38a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Froebel was taken to the Genesee County jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket.
