Thompson was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol deputies say.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thompson was transported to the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets. Thompson will appear in Batavia Town Court on March 3, 2026 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michael J. Miller, 47, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with two counts criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree after being taken into custody after an incident on East Main Street Road in Batavia on February 24, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Miller was allegedly found to be in possession of multiple controlled substances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was arrested on March 1st, 2026 and was arraigned in Batavia Town Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vanslyke was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held for CAP Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
