PERRY, NY- Chief Michael J. Grover reports the arrest of a Warsaw resident, Katy Obrien, 40, after Obrien stole a vehicle from the parking lot of Crosbys. Perry Police Officers stopped Obrien as she was driving the vehicle southbound on North Main Street. Obrien was allegedly in possession of another person\u2019s New York State driver\u2019s license. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obrien was charged with grand larceny 4th degree and use of another person’s driver’s license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Wyoming County District Attorney\u2019s Office gave a recommendation of no bail due to Obrien having two prior felony convictions and being charged with a third.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was arraigned at Perry Village Court by the Honorable Judge Wolcott and committed to the Wyoming County Jail until Obrien\u2019s court date on March 10th, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
