Leonard E. Aguayo, aka”LB”, 30, of Affinity Lane, Rochester, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, unlawful possession of marijuana and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd after being observed in what appeared to be a drug transaction in the City of Batavia.<\/p>\n
“LB” was picked up by the Genesee County Drug Task Force in a traffic stop in the City of Batavia.<\/p>\n
Task Force members allegedly found “LB” to be in possession of more than a half ounce of crack cocaine, which has an estimated street value of $4,000, a quantity of marijuana and a quantity of U.S. Currency.<\/p>\n
Aguayo was also driving on a suspended driver’s license.<\/p>\n
Further charges may be forthcoming.<\/p>\n
Aguayo was arraigned in City Court on February 27, 2017 and jailed without bail.<\/p>\n
Uniformed members of the City of Batavia Police Department and the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Task Force members with the arrest.<\/p>\n
