Pajek (no ages or addresses provided) were located inside a stolen U-Haul truck in the Town of Batavia.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the investigation, the individuals were allegedly found to be in possession of cocaine and buprenorphine<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All four are each charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marsceill, and Pajck were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia<br>Court on March 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprague-Clark was additionally charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th degree.
