POLICE SEIZED AN ALLEGED QUANTITY OF CRACK COCAINE PACKAGED FOR SALE. (CLASS B FELONY).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 COUNT OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE FOURTH DEGREE. (CLASS C FELONY).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FAISON WAS ARRAIGNED IN ORLEANS COUNTY CAP COURT BY THE HON. CHARLES PRENTICE, AND WAS RELEASED ON HIS OWN RECOGNIZANCE DUE TO NEW YORK STATE BAIL REFORM LAWS. HE IS TO RETURN TO THE TOWN OF ALBION JUSTICE COURT ON MARCH 24, 2026, AT 9:00 A.M.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ASSISTING IN THE INVESTIGATION WAS ORLEANS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY SUSAN M.
