Dowdell, 40, of Clifford Ave., Rochester, is charged with felony DWI, speeding in a 55mph zone, refusal to take a breath test, operating without an interlock device, uninspected motor vehicle and aggravated unlicensed operation 1st after a traffic stop on Clinton Street road in Bergen on December 31, 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dowdell was arraigned in Bergen Town Court and jailed in lieu of $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond bail and will re-appear in court today at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrew J. Rock, 32, of Judge Rd., Oakfield, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Alleghany road in Alabama on December 29, 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rock was a passenger in the vehicle and he allegedly was in possession of a quantity of marijuana in the glove compartment and a smoking pipe in the passenger door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He will appear in Alabama Town Court on January 16, 2019 to answer the charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damian Schoonmaker, 20, of Smith St., Rochester, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly possessing marijuana inside his 2000 Buick LeSabre on Lewiston road on December 31, 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He will appear in Oakfield Town Court to answer the charge on January 21, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
