On 3\/17\/2026, Thomas F. Hofmeier, 24, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree, Criminal Contempt 2nd degree, Menacing 2nd degree, and Petit Larceny. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s alleged that Hofmeier threatened another person with a knife during a domestic incident on Ellicott Street, and stole their dog. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hofmeier was arraigned in Batavia City Court and was remanded to the Genesee County Jail. The dog was later located and returned. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 3\/13\/2026, Jesse J. Kessens, 20, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 1st degree and Harassment 2nd degree. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kessens allegedly slapped another person in violation of an order of protection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of bail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 3\/11\/2026, Elizabeth N. Jones, 19, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny, Criminal Mischief 4th degree, Resisting Arrest, and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jones allegedly stole numerous lottery tickets while working at the Speedway gas station on West Main Street. She then resisted arrest and damaged property while being taken into custody. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jones was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 3\/24\/2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 3\/14\/2026, Diana T. Bueno, 48, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Bueno was charged following a traffic stop on N. Lyon Street. She was issued several traffic tickets and is due to appear in court on 3\/25\/2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 3\/17\/2026, Margaret D. Robinson, 37, of Cheektowaga, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass 2nd degree and Harassment 2nd degree. Robinson allegedly entered a residence on East Main Street without permission and struck another person in the face. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 3\/12\/2026, Stacy L. Colombo, 51, of Pavilion, NY, was arrested and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle 3rd degree. It\u2019s alleged that Colombo rented a vehicle and failed to return it. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 3\/31\/2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 3\/14\/2026, Ramiro Gaona, 30, of Labelle, FL, was arrested and charged with DWI. Gaona was charged following a traffic stop on West Main Street. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 3\/19\/2026, Shelby L. Fyer, 30, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on 12\/15\/2025, where she was allegedly found in possession of narcotics while being arrested on an unrelated warrant. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 3\/31\/2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 3\/15\/2026, Robert W. Paine, 40, of Summerville, S. Carolina, was arrested and charged with DWI. Paine was charged following a traffic stop on Bank Street. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 3\/18\/2026, Rochelle Bradford, 45, of Rochester, NY, was arrested on an Arrest Warrant. The warrant was issued after Bradford failed to appear in court on a misdemeanor traffic ticket. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 3\/16\/2026, Cordero L. Royes, 39, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a Bench Warrant. The warrant is related to an incident from December of 2022, where Royes was charged with Harassment 2nd degree. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 3\/15\/2026, Dennis J. Calkins, 46, of Albion, NY, was arrested on a Bench Warrant. The warrant is related to a traffic stop from September of 2024, where Calkins was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
