Waters was allegedly found in possession of fentanyl when she was brought to the Genesee County Jail. She was arraigned in CAP Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 3\/25\/2026, Kayleen M. Laird, 30, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. Laird was allegedly found in possession of cocaine during a traffic stop on Bank Street. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 3\/27\/2026, Erica A. Hanley, 38, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd degree. Hanley allegedly scratched another person during an altercation on N. Lyon Street. She was arraigned in CAP Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 3\/28\/2026, Abdi A. Abdi, 26, of Rochester, NY, was arrested on two arrest warrants for Petit Larceny. The warrants are related to two separate incidents where Abdi allegedly stole merchandise from businesses in Batavia. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 3\/29\/2026, Scott D. Meyer, 32, of Attica, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant. The warrant was issued after Meyer failed to appear in court on a misdemeanor traffic ticket. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 3\/29\/2026, Ryan J. Sarvis, 44, of Darien, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant. The warrant was issued after Sarvis failed to appear in court on a misdemeanor traffic ticket.
