HE IS CHARGED WITH:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3 COUNTS OF CRIMINAL SALE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE FIFTH DEGREE. (CLASS D FELONIES).<\/p>\n<p>3 COUNTS OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE FIFTH DEGREE. (CLASS D FELONIES).<\/p>\n<p>CHARLES J. KNAPP WAS ARRAIGNED IN TOWN OF RIDGEWAY COURT, BY THE HON.JOSEPH KUJAWA, HE WAS COMMITTED TO THE ORLEANS COUNTY JAIL ON $25,000.00 CASH BAIL.
