Jones, 47, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI\/BAC of .18% or more, DWI, uninspected motor vehicle, open alcoholic container and failed to use designated lane, after a traffic stop on River Street in Batavia on April 1st, 2026, at 8:50PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jones was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with appearance tickets, and will appear in Batavia City Court on April 22nd, 2026, at 10:00AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gail J. Fenton, 62, of Batavia, NY, is charged with forgery 2nd degree\/official document, following a police investigation on March 12, 2026, in Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fenton was arraigned in CAP Court and released on her own recognizance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joseph Difilippo, 55, of Batavia, NY, is charge with petit larceny after being arrested on April 3, 2026 at 2:30PM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Difilippo allegedly walked out of a pawn shop on Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive and past all points of purchase, allegedly without paying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He reported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was issued an appearance ticket.
