Village of Attica, NY \u2013 On the morning of April 13th, 2026, members of the Village of Attica Police Department, in coordination and teamwork with New York State Division of Parol executed an arrest warrant the area of Batavia, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The arrest warrant was part of a sex offender investigation that led to the arrest of Leonard Hahn, a 35-year-old level 3 sex offender. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hahn was charged after violation of a complete stay away order of protection at the victim\u2019s residence, which occurred, Monday, April 6th, 2026, minutes after his release from NYSDOCCS, after a 2017 conviction of Rape in the 1st degree. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hahn is charged with the following New York State Penal Law offenses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PL 215.50 \u2013 Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree (Two Counts)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Class A \u2013 Misdemeanor<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PL 240.75 \u2013 Aggravated Family Offense (One Count),<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Class E – Felony<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hahn was processed by the Village of Attica, NY Police Department, was arraigned and remanded to Wyoming County Jail with no bail in accordance with current guidelines under the New York State. Hahn is scheduled to appear in the Village of Attica Justice Court on June 1st, 2026, at 10AM for further proceedings on the above charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
