The Mother’s Day Pop-Up Party is more than a traditional market; it is a feel-good social gathering featuring good music and a relaxed atmosphere. Attendees will have the opportunity to browse a wide selection of unique, handmade goods from local vendors, making it a premier destination for finding one-of-a-kind Mother’s Day gifts.

In keeping with a core mission to support the community, Lammy Teon Creations is proud to announce its sponsored vendor for this event: Riann Nurmi of Richly Radiant Crochet. As part of a commitment to sponsoring vendors who are recovering from tragic life experiences, the organization is providing Nurmi with a platform to showcase her artisanal crochet work, highlighting the power of resilience, recovery and creative entrepreneurship.

Innovation in Community Commerce: The “First-Five” Raffle Model

Lammy Teon Creations has developed the first-of-its-kind “First-Five” raffle model which is designed to stimulate immediate engagement between shoppers and local creators. Moving away from traditional “pay-to-play” ticket sales, Pop-Up Party events utilize an incentivized-purchase system that rewards early attendees.

Under their unique new model, the first five customers to make a purchase at any vendor’s booth are immediately granted a raffle basket entry ticket. This creates a dual-benefit ecosystem:

For Attendees: It transforms standard shopping into a high-stakes scavenger hunt. By supporting multiple small businesses early in the day, guests can exponentially increase their chances of winning premium handmade prize baskets.

For Vendors: The model guarantees a “flash-start” to the day, driving a high volume of foot traffic and sales conversions within the first hours of the event opening.

By tying raffle entries directly to vendor support, the organizers have developed a strategy that ensures the community’s local makers are the primary beneficiaries of the event’s excitement and success.

“We wanted to create a space where creativity, fun and community intersect,” said the event organizers Leon and Tammy Bloom, founders of Lammy Teon Creations. “Whether you’re looking for a special gift, wanting to support local makers, or simply looking for a fun afternoon with the family, there is something here for everyone.”

To ensure the event is inclusive for all ages, the Pop-Up Party features a dedicated Kids Corner. This DIY station allows children to tap into their own creativity by making custom Mother’s Day cards.

Event Highlights:

-Unique Shopping: Curated handmade goods, including featured items from Richly Radiant Crochet.

-Vibrant Atmosphere: Live music and a social, community-focused vibe.

-Family-Friendly Activities: A DIY Card Making station for children.

-Giveaways: Opportunities to win amazing gift baskets.

The event is open to the public and all ages are welcome. Members of the community are encouraged to bring friends and family to make lasting memories while supporting the “shop local” movement.

Vendor Opportunities:

Lammy Teon Creations is currently accepting additional vendor applications.
