Cody J. Wenner, 28, of Oak St., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd after allegedly pushing a juvenile to the ground during an altercation on Walnut street on January 1, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wenner was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wenner re-appeared on January 4, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
