Press release<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Town of Alabama Planning Board has cancelled the Public Hearing previously scheduled for April 20, 2026, related to the Stream Data Centers site plan application.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

This action is being taken due to the inability of the Town\u2019s independent sound consultants to complete their peer review of the applicant\u2019s sound study in sufficient time for the results to be made available to the public prior to the hearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Planning Board believes it is important that both Board members and the public have the opportunity to review this information before the Public Hearing is held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Public Hearing will soon be rescheduled to a future date, which will be announced once the peer review is complete and materials are available for public review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This decision is part of the Planning Board\u2019s ongoing commitment to a thorough, transparent, and orderly review process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
