There will be a $5 admission fee that includes lunch.<br>The Aging Forward Expo will bring together local organizations, service providers, and experts to share<br>information and resources that support older adults, caregivers, and families. Attendees will have the<br>opportunity to participate in educational sessions, hear from a featured keynote speaker, and connect<br>with community agencies.<br>The day will begin with a keynote presentation by Beth Nolan, PhD, titled \u201cMaintain Your Brain: Simple<br>Habits for Healthy Aging.\u201d The presentation will provide practical insights into maintaining cognitive<br>health and overall well-being.<br>Following the keynote, attendees may choose from a variety of breakout sessions covering topics such<br>as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coping with challenging caregiving situations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estate planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alzheimer\u2019s research and brain health strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geriatric care and practical health guidance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building confidence in hands-on caregiving skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lifelong learning opportunities through Genesee Community College<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Falls prevention and physical wellness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sexual wellness for older adults<br>A lunch and agency networking session will be held following, allowing participants to connect directly<br>with local service providers and explore available resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Caregivers in need of assistance are encouraged to inquire about available respite care options, which<br>may provide short-term care for loved ones during the event. Please call 585-343-1611 for assistance.<br>The Aging Forward Expo is made possible through funding and support from the New York State Office<br>for the Aging, NY Connects, the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Legacy Fund for Caregivers at the Community<br>Foundation for Greater Buffalo, the Town of Batavia, the Genesee Senior Foundation, the<br>Administration for Community Living, the New York
