Keller allegedly intentionally rammed his vehicle into another vehicle during a road rage incident on Clinton Street. On 4\/11\/2026, James J. Boyce, 35, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Burglary 2nd degree and Petit Larceny. Boyce allegedly illegally entered a residence on West Main Street and stole property. While being taken into custody, he was allegedly found in possession of methamphetamine. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail and arraigned in CAP Court. <\/p>\n\n\n

On 4\/10\/2026, Joanna M. Coates, 22, of Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd degree. Coates was charged following a traffic stop on East Main Street, where she was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. She was arraigned in CAP Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 4\/15\/2026, Vanessa J. Aquino, 43, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Aquino allegedly allowed two juveniles to engage in a fight and failed to intervene. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 4\/28\/3036. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
