McKissock, 56, of Holley, NY, was charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and following too closely, which resulted in a collision on North Lake Road in Bergen on April 3, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McKissock was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on appearance tickets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He will appear in Bergen Town Court on May 6th, 2026 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Connor A. Lochren, 22, of Batavia, NY, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd degree\/communicate threat\/physical harm and endangering the welfare of a child after a harassment complaint in Alexander on April 6, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After an investigation into the complaint, Lochren was arrested and charged. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was held for a CAP Court arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Megan D. Seymour, 36, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from 4133 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive, Walmart, on March 30th, 2026, at 3:18p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seymour was also charged with falsifying business records 1st degree after allegedly selling the alleged stolen merchandise to Pawn King at 4140 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive on March 30th, 2026 at 3:50p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seymour turned herself in to the Genesee County Jail and was released on appearance tickets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on April 28, 2026 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Curt A. Buchinger, 33, of Batavia, NY, is charged with two counts of petit larceny after allegedly shoplifting at 4180 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive, Dick&#8217;s Sporting Goods, allegedly taking $278.29 worth of merchandise on April 21, 2026, at 2:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At 2:09p.m., April 21st, 2026, Buchinger allegedly shoplifted $209.99 worth of merchandise from Target, 4300 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buchinger was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia Town Court on May 5th, 2026 at 3:00p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Troy A.
