On January 6, 2018, around 12:30 a.m., Officers from the Perry Police Department performed a routine traffic stop on a vehicle after officers had observed a vehicle committing several vehicle and traffic law violations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Upon stopping the vehicle, it was found that the driver of the vehicle, 59 year old Deborah Foster, of Perry, appeared to be operating a motor vehicle intoxicated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Foster was asked to perform field sobriety testing and after performing poorly on field sobriety test, Foster was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
She is charged with failure to use signal, improper right hand turn and DWI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Officers released Foster on appearance tickets with a return court date of February 5, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in Perry Village Court to answer the charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
