On 4\/21\/2026, Steven J. Godinho, 41 of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Burglary 2nd degree and Criminal Contempt 2nd degree. Godinho was arrested after allegedly violating an order of protection, at a residence on Summit Street. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
