On January 13, 2019 at 7:15p.m., Troopers out of Batavia arrested William T. Hughes, 62, of Batavia, and charged him with criminal mischief 4th and harassment 2nd after a domestic dispute. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Troopers were dispatched to a domestic dispute in the town of Batavia. Upon arrival, Troopers determined the victim was grabbed and threatened with physical harm by Hughes. Troopers also observed damaged property in the residence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hughes was arraigned in the Town of Batavia court and remanded to Genesee County Jail on $500 cash bail. An order of protection was also issued. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
