Jennifer S. Davis, 39, of Webber Ave., Oakfield, is charged with felony DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, following too closely and refusal to take a breath test following an investigation into a two car motor vehicle accident that occurred on Rt. 63 in the Village of Oakfield on January 11, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Davis allegedly was operating a motor vehicle intoxicated by alcohol while possessing a conditional license and rear ended another vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Davis was arraigned in Oakfield Town Court and will return to court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shadow Star Jonathan, 24, of Meadville Rd., Tonawanda Indian Reservation, is charged with assault 2nd after allegedly assaulting another person on October 14, 2018 on Sandhill road in Alabama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jonathan was arraigned in the Town of Alabama Court and bail was set at $10,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He will re-appear in court on February 7, 2019 at 4:30p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
