On May 04, 2026, at approximately 8:02p.m., the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office arrested
James R. Gamble, no age provided, of Bergen, NY, on a Superior Court Warrant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gamble is charged with Rape 1st degree, and Rape 3rd degree. It is alleged these crimes were committed between 2024 and 2025, and with two separate victims. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gamble was arraigned on May 6, 2026, in Genesee County Court, and was held on $50,000 cash bail, $200,000 bond, or $400,000 partial secured bond. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If released, Gamble will be under the supervision of Genesee Justice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gamble is next scheduled to appear in Genesee County Court on May 27, 2026, at 9:30am. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
