A 17 year old male has been charged with harassment 2nd after unwanted physical contact by the student against a staff member at Batavia High School on January 14, 2019 at 12:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The teen was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 22, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ronnie J. Flinchum, 59, Mill St., LeRoy, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court on a prior assault 3rd charge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Flinchum was arrested on January 14, 2019 at 127 North street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Flinchum will re-appear in City Court on January 17, 2019 at 9:30a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mehmet K. Dilek, 43, of Meadowbrook Rd., Rochester, was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court for failure to appear on April 17, 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dilek was arraigned in City Court and jailed with bail. No bail amount was released. Dilek will re-appear in court today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
