LOT 29, IN THE VILLAGE OF ALBION, N.Y., IS CHARGED WITH:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 COUNT OF CRIMINAL SALE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE THIRD DEGREE. (B FELONY).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TONY THOMPSON, AGE 59, OF 224 WEST STATE ST., IN THE VILLAGE OF ALBION, N.Y., IS CHARGED WITH:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14 COUNTS OF CRIMINAL SALE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE THIRD DEGREE. (B FELONIES).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DONEVAN C. HARRISON WAS ARRAIGNED IN ORLEANS COUNTY CAP COURT BY TOWN OF GAINES JUSTICE, CHARLES PRENTICE AND WAS COMMITTED TO THE ORLEANS COUNTY JAIL PENDING A BAIL HEARING IN ORLEANS COUNTY COURT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DONEVAN C. HARRISION WAS THE SUBJECT OF A SEARCH WARRANT EXECUTION AND WAS ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES ON JANUARY 21, 2026. HARRISON WAS RELEASED ON HIS OWN RECOGNIZANCE ON JANUARY 22, 2026, IN ORLEANS COUNTY COURT, THOSE CHARGES ARE STILL PENDING.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TONY THOMPSON WAS RELEASED ON AN APPEARANCE TICKET PURSUANT TO THE NEW YORK STATE BAIL REFORM LAW, RETURNABLE TO THE TOWN OF ALBION JUSTICE COURT ON JUNE 6, 2026, AT 9:30 A.M.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ASSISTING IN THE INVESTIGATION WAS THE ORLEANS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY SUSAN M.
