Heath, 22, of Lackawanna, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following were arrested and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol person under 21:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Devin M. Kuntz, 19, of Alden, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jacob R. Pangrazio, 20, of York, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ryan L. Brady, 18, of Batavia, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cole J. Davis, 18, of Batavia, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paul J. Sesnie, 18, of Churchville, NY<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, four additional juveniles were arrested and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol person under 21. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All were released on appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in Darien Town Court on June 17th, 2026, at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anyla V. Doward, no age provided, of Batavia, NY, is charged with assault 3rd degree\/with intent to cause physical injury after allegedly causing physical injury to another person during a fist fight altercation on Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive on May 26th, 2026 at 6:50p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doward was transported to the Genesee County Jail for arraignment in CAP Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Steven J.
