Barbaritz was arraigned in Batavia Town Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sandra Marsceill, 54, of Batavia, NY, is charged with 1st degree Offering a False Instrument for Filing and 2nd degree Criminal Use of a Public Benefit Card after an investigation by Genesee County Social Services Investigator Sherri Sibley. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marsceill is accused of selling her food stamps in exchange for money.
