Milton Q. Guzman, 38, of Mckenzie St., Bergen, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely after a property damage accident in the Village of Bergen at 24 Clinton Street on March 2, 2017.<\/p>\n
Guzman allegedly moved from his lane unsafely and struck a tree.<\/p>\n
He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on April 5, 2017 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Schafer, 18, of Broadway Rd., Darien, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, moving from a lane unsafely and illegal parking on the highway after an investigation into a property damage accident at10385 Rt. 98 in Alexander on March 3, 2017.<\/p>\n
