On 6\/13\/2026, Dominic J Taylor, 22, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Burglary 2nd degree, Criminal Contempt 2nd degree, and Petit Larceny. It\u2019s alleged that Taylor entered a residence in violation of an order of protection and stole property. He was taken to the Genesee County Jail to await arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 6\/14\/2026, Stalyn A. Yasig Tipantuna, 26, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree. Yasig-Tipantuna was arrested following a traffic stop on Oak Street, where he allegedly presented a forged insurance card, paper license plate and registration card. He was taken to the Genesee County Jail to await arraignment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 6\/15\/2026, Paul W. Zeches, 37, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Public Lewdness. It\u2019s alleged that Zeches engaged in a lewd act while in public view at Dewitt Park. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 6\/11\/2026, Aaron J. Osterman, 39, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd degree, Menacing 3rd degree and Harassment 2nd degree. Osterman was charged following an investigation into a domestic incident on Vine Street. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 6\/10\/2026, Wayne D. Potter, 42, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Harassment 2nd degree. Potter allegedly called another person numerous times and threatened them. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 6\/11\/2026 Brandon M. Kirby, 33, of Brockport, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Kirby was charged following a traffic stop on East Main Street. He was issued several traffic tickets and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 6\/14\/2026, Jakaylah M. Tillmon-Robbs, 20, of Hamburg, NY, was arrested and charged with Offering a False Instrument for Filing 2nd degree. It\u2019s alleged that Tillmon-Roberts submitted a forged doctor\u2019s note to court stating that she had been in the hospital after missing a scheduled court date. She was issued an appearance ticket and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Humber allegedly shoved another person and prevented them from leaving during a domestic incident on State Street. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
