Perry, NY – Chief Michael J. Grover reports the arrest of Curtis W. Harkins, 46, of Perry, NY, following an investigation into an alleged violation of a court-issued Order of Protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The investigation stemmed from a complaint and supporting deposition alleging that surveillance video captured Harkins near the residence of the protected party on June 12, 2026, in violation of the order. Following a review of the evidence, Harkins was charged with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Harkins was processed and arraigned in Perry Village Court before Judge Wolcott. Wyoming County District Attorney bail recommendation was $10,000 cash, $20,000 bond, and $30,000 partially secured bond.
