McNear, 28, of Batavia, NY, is charged with attempted assault 2nd degree, after allegedly striking another inmate at the Genesee County Jail in the back of the head multiple times with his fist on June 22nd, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McNear was arrested on June 25th, 2026, and was scheduled for arraignment in CAP Court the same day at 9:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tara M. Stoffer, 52, of Clarence, NY, is charged with grand larceny 3rd degree after allegedly stealing money from Batavia Downs Casino in excess of $3,000 on June 2nd, 2026 at 3PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stoffer was an employee at Batavia Downs at the time of the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stoffer was arraigned in CAP Court where she was released on recognizance. She will appear in Batavia Town Court on July 21st, 2026 at 10AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ashlee M. Drock, 31, of Elba, NY, is charged with assault 3rd degree and endangering the welfare of a child, after allegedly striking the victim multiple times in the face, causing physical injury. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident occurred at a location in Elba, NY on June 21st, 2026, at 11:08AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drock was taken to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was arraigned in CAP Court on June 21st, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Steven M. Binder, 37, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, and resisting arrest. Binder allegedly went to the home of a protected party, violating a stay away order of protection. When deputies went to arrest Binder, he allegedly actively resisted them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Binder was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was held pending a CAP Court arraignment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kiha S.
