Six fire companies responded to a reported barn fire at 4096 East Main road in the Town of Attica on Saturday afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fire investigators say a heat lamp caused a fire in a barn and caused $70,000 in damages about 2:08p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The barn is owned by Joe and Judy Cutitta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The barn was a total loss along with some of its contents. All the animals inside were saved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fire crews were on scene for 5.5 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attica, Bennington, Varysburg, Wyoming, Alexander and Bethany responded to the scene along with Wyoming County Emergency Services, Town of Attica and the NYS Police.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
