Spiegel, 44, of LeRoy, NY, had a suspended license and was found to be intoxicated.\u00a0 Spiegel was transported and processed at SP Buffalo, where she refused to submit to a breath test to determine the alcohol content in her system.\u00a0 Additionally, Spiegel has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and was subsequently charged with the following:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Driving While Intoxicated; a Class E Felony<\/li><li>Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1<sup>st<\/sup> degree; a Class E Felony<\/li><li>Multiple Vehicle and Traffic Violations<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spiegel was arraigned before the Town of Lancaster Court where she was released to a sober third party.\u00a0 A return court date of February 14, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. in the Town of Lancaster has been set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">{NOTE:  The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
