Mills, 32, of Le Roy, NY, is charged with felony DWI\/two previous convictions designated offenses in 10 years, speed not reasonable and prudent, moving from a lane unsafely, operator leaves scene of a property damage accident, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree and aggravated unlicensed operator 2nd degree\/alcohol or drugs, a class E felony, after a one vehicle accident on Perry Road in Pavilion on June 21st at 2:17a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mills was allegedly operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license on a public highway while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol and was traveling at a speed not reasonable and prudent, causing him to move from his lane unsafely and then strike a utility pole. Mills then left the scene of the property damage accident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mills was transported to the Genesee County Jail where he was held pending arraignment in CAP Court at 9:00a.m. June 21st, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kiha S. McNear, 28, of Batavia, NY, was charged with attempted assault 2nd degree while confined to a correctional facility, the Genesee County Jail, at 3839 W. Main Street Road, on July 4th, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
McNear allegedly struck another inmate in the face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
McNear appeared in CAP Court later that day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

James A.Chase, 46, of Batavia, NY, is charged with sex offender fail to register within 10 days with a prior conviction within 10 years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Chase was held at the Genesee County Jail for a CAP Court arraignment on June 30, 2026 at 7:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrew D. Janas, 28, of Middlesex, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree and criminal mischief 4th degree, after a complaint at the Darien Lake Campground on June 14th, 2026 at 1:03a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
