Perl, 67, of Stafford, NY, is charged with making terroristic threats after allegedly making a violent claim in reference to Stafford Town Court on July 1, 2026, at 7:03p.m. at 5525 Main Road in Stafford, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perl was transported to the Genesee County Jail, where he was held pending arraignment in CAP Court on July 2nd, 2026 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clair R. Cupler, 72, of Pavilion, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree\/alarm or seriously annoy, and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after allegedly making threatening comments to a person on June 30th, 2026, causing the person to become fearful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cupler was also allegedly in possession of crack cocaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cupler was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and appeared in CAP Court on July 1, 2026 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Steven M. Binder, 37, of Batavia, NY, is charged with resisting arrest after allegedly fighting with Genesee County Sheriff&#8217;s Office deputies after being arrested on other charges on Kingsbury Avenue in Batavia on June 23, 2026 at 5:34p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Binder was transported to the Genesee County Jail where he was held pending a CAP Court arraignment on June 24th, 2026 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iris G. Pineda Fuentes, 33, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely and driving to the left of pavement markings, following a traffic stop on Rt. 63 in the Town of Oakfield on July1st, 2026 at 2:11a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pineda Fuentes was issued uniform traffic tickets for all charges and was released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pineda Fuentes is to appear in Oakfield Town Court on July 20th, 2026 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Journey S. Kingdollar, no age or address provided, was arrested and charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after allegedly stealing merchandise from Walmart on Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia on July 6th, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is also alleged that Kingdollar was in possession of a crack pipe with residue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kingdollar was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on appearance tickets.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thomas C.
