Curry was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and was released under supervision. He will appear in Town of Batavia Court on February 25, 2019 at 1:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dorothy Gray De Roque, 46, of Mechanic St., Elba, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test and speeding\/exceeding 55mph, after being stopped for speeding on Ford road in Elba on January 27, 2019 at 2:23a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Roque was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and was released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear in Elba Town Court on February 27, 2019 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
