Jordan, 33, of Darien, NY, is charged with strangulation 2nd degree, criminal mischief 3rd degree, menacing 3rd degree, disorderly conduct and aggravated family offense, after a domestic dispute at 4133 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive, Walmart, on June 29th, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jordan was held at the Genesee County Jail and appeared in CAP Court on July 6th, 2026 at 9:00AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danny D. Williams, 37, of Batavia, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree, after allegedly causing physical injury to another person while incarcerated at the Genesee County Jail on July 6th, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Williams appeared in CAP Court on July 7th, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Robert H. Ergas, 75, of Corfu, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree, after allegedly subjecting another person to physical contact, resulting in serious physical injury on West Main Street in Corfu on May 18th, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ergas was held at the Genesee County Jail and appeared in CAP Court on June 26th, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eugenia R.
