The road will be closed to all traffic, including emergency vehicles, during the project.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The existing 42-inch cross culvert has reached the end of its useful life, and its deterioration has created hazardous conditions. Crews will remove the existing culvert and replace it with a new smooth-wall plastic pipe.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Motorists should plan an alternate route and allow additional travel time.
