Parise struck an unoccupied vehicle parked roadside and left the scene of the accident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. Parise will appear in City Court on February 13, 2019 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kevin M. Waleski, 31, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after a reported disturbance on South Main street on January 27, 2019 at 3:34a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Waleski allegedly punched another person in the face and was issued an appearance ticket. He will appear in City Court on February 5, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joey A. Evans, 28, of State St., Batavia, is charged with trespass following an incident at a store at 40 City Center where he was told not to return after a previous incident. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
On January 29, 2019, Evans was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 5, 2019 to answer the charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
