Joshua A. Nichols, 41, of Romulus, NY, is charged with unlawful surveillance 2nd degree, after allegedly placing a USB wall mounted charger, which contained a hidden camera within, in a bathroom of the victim’s residence in Darien, NY, on December 1, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nichols was arrested on July 29th, 2026, and processed at the Genesee County Jail and held for a CAP Court arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John B. Lang, homeless, was arrested after a larceny complaint on S. Main Street in Elba, NY, on July 30th, 2026 at 12:08p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lang allegedly consumed the content of an alcoholic beverage and exited the store past all points of sale, failing to render payment. Lang was charged with petit larceny. He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Elba Town Court on August 26th, 2026, at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nathaniel S. Salverson, 28, of Alexander, NY, is charged with criminal mischief\/intentionally damaging property, criminal mischief 4th degree\/disabling equipment to prevent request for emergency equipment, and harassment 2nd degree\/physical content on Buffalo Street in Alexander, NY on July 27th, 2026 at 12:54a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Salverson was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and held pending a CAP Court arraignment at 7:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 24th, 2026, six arrests were made at the Ne-Yo and Akon concert at Six Flags Dairen Lake at 9993 Alleghany Road in the Town of Darien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the following were arrested:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alissa A. O’Neil, 23, of Lockport, NY, was charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Elizabeth A. Salas, 24, of Kenmore, NY, was charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mackayli Y. Taylor, 18, of Rochester, NY, was charged with harassment 2nd degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
William T. Yohn, 22, of Eden, NY, is charged with obstruction of governmental administration and trespass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Amira J. Woods, 25, of Parma, Ohio, is charged with two counts of harassment 2nd degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Xavier D. Jordan, 20, of Jamestown, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
