On 7\/25\/2026, Anthony M. Manara, 35, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Officer 3rd degree and numerous vehicle and traffic law violations. Manara was allegedly involved in a domestic dispute at a residence on Vine Street. He then left the residence in a vehicle. When Police attempted to stop him, he fled and led officers on a pursuit. He was taken into custody, after officers successfully deployed spike strips. He was arrested and taken to the Genesee County Jail to be arraigned in CAP Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 7\/25\/2026, Jermain T. Tyson, 26, of Holley, NY, was arrested and charged with Felony DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st degree, False Personation and several traffic violations. Tyson was charged following a traffic stop on Clinton Street where he was allegedly operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He also allegedly gave police a false name. He was issued several appearance tickets and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 7\/25\/2026, William A. Murray Jr., 55, of Fairport, NY, was arrested and charged with Felony DWI. Murray was charged following a traffic stop on Pearl Street. He was taken to the Genesee County Jail to be arraigned in CAP Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 7\/19\/2026, Latashia M. Sanchez, 33, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 1st degree and Harassment 2nd degree. Sanchez allegedly shoved another person in violation of an order of protection. She was taken to the Genesee County Jail to be arraigned in CAP Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 7\/30\/2026, Dustin A. Huffer, 42, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree and Harassment 2nd degree. It\u2019s alleged that Huffer shoved a police officer, who was responding to the report of a fight at Austin Park. Huffer was issued an appearance ticket and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 7\/24\/2026, Michael W. VanSlyke, 44, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. VanSlyke was charged following a traffic stop on Sumner Street, where he was allegedly found in possession of crack cocaine. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 7\/28\/2026, Mary A. McGraw, 39, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. McGraw was allegedly found in possession of methamphetamine during a probation home visit. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 7\/18\/2026, Krasheena L. Watts, 30, of Beaverton, Oregon, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd degree. Watts was allegedly found in a vehicle with another person in violation of an order of protection. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
